摘 要: 研究了原位接枝改性白炭黑补强的天然橡胶力学性能及动态性能,采用红外光谱、热失重、转矩流变仪分别对改性前后的橡胶结构进行了表征。结果表明,白炭黑填充的天然橡胶经原位接枝改性后,拉伸强度和定伸应力均提高,压缩永久变形和阻尼因子(tanδ)均减小;当改性剂用量为9份时,胶料综合性能最好。TG分析及红外光谱分析结果表明,改性剂在混炼阶段与橡胶、炭黑粒子发生了接枝反应,在硫化阶段参与了交联反应。转矩流变仪测试结果表明,改性剂在混炼阶段需要达到一定的温度(约在120℃左右)才能与白炭黑发生接枝反应,且反应为吸热反应。 The mechanical properties and dynamic properties of NR reinforced with the in-situ grafted-modified silica were investigated, and the structure of the modified rubber and the common rubber were el mracterized by using the infrared spectra, the thermogravimetry (TG) and the torque rheometer, respectively. The results showed that the tensile strength and the modulus increased after the NR reinforced with in-situ grafted-modified silica, and the compression set and the damping factors decreased; The comprehensive properties were good when the modifier dosage was 9 phr. The resuits of the TG analysis and the infrared spectroscopic analysis showed that the grafting reaction of the modifier with the rubber and the carbon black particles took place in the mixing,and took part in the crosslink reaction during the curing. The test results of the torque rheometer showed that the grafting reaction of the modifier with silica took place at the certain temperature (approximately 120℃) during the mixing, and the reaction was the endothermic reaction.
