摘　　要： 目的培养具有一定的专业高素质临床型人才。方法在充分调研的基础上,以具有中医内科优势的学科为依托,制定实习内容,进行临床定向实习,培养应用型的医学生。结果学生较好掌握了相关专业常见病、多发病的诊治方案,熟悉其危重症的抢救措施,了解国内学术动态,能独立处理常见病、多发病,得到学生、教师等多方好评,毕业时就业率明显升高。结论部分中医本科医学生调整临床实习方案,进行定向实习,适合广西地区各级医院的需要。 Objective To train qualified clinical-oriented talents. determined for clinical-oriented practice and training professional advanced disciplines of Chinese internal medicine. Results Methods The content of clinical practice was TCM talents based on a full investigation and The students have learnt the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases, known well the emergency measures of severe cases, comprehended national academic development and dealt independently with common and frequently-occurring diseases. The oriented training method was reviewed favourably by teachers and students. The employment rate of graduated students was improved obviously. Conclusion The clinical practice plan is regulated for a part of TCM undergraduates to clinical-oriented practice and meet the needs of all-level hospitals in Guangxi area.
