摘 要: 目的探讨综合医院门诊注射室的护理管理模式。方法对护理人员进行层级培训、实施流程管理与制度管理、加强护理文化建设。结果患者等候抽血的时间明显缩短(P<0.01),患者满意度明显提高(P<0.01)。实现了注射工作"零缺陷"的目标。结论门诊注射室护理管理模式使工作更合理、科学。 Objective To explore the nursing management model of out - patient injection rooms in general hospitals. Methods A series of measures were taken, including strengthening training of nurses with different level, implementing the process management and system management, and enhancing nursing cultural construction. Results After implementation of this model, patients waiting time was reduced significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ), patients satisfaction was increased ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the goal of "zero defect" in injection room was achieved. Conclusion The nursing management model makes the nursing work more reasonable and scientific in the injection room.
