摘　　要： ２组家兔分别肌肉注射不同剂量的亚硒酸钠，连续８周，测定血液和组织中的硒含量．结果表明：血硒含量高于０．５ｍｇＬ－１，临床症状明显，可作为家兔硒中毒的早期诊断指标；血硒含量高于０．９ｍｇＬ－１，临床症状严重，可作为家兔硒中毒的诊断指标．组织硒含量以肾脏最高，肝脏次之。 The variation of selenium content in whole blood and tissues was determined when different toxic doses of sodium selenite were given to two groups of rabbits by muscular injection for eight weeks. The results showed that over 0.5 mg·L -1 of Se content in blood could be served as early diagnostic index because of its obvious clinical symptoms and over 0.9 mg·L -1 of Se content could be considered as diagnostic index because of its serious symptoms. Se contents in kidneys were higher than those in livers, which indicated that the determination of Se content in livers and kidneys could be served as diagnostic index after death.
