摘　　要： 某中外合资气体有限公司自从开发了DDE多位号报警系统后,极好地弥补了原有报警系统的不足,及时发现设备故障,提前做出预防措施,最大限度保护设备,避免事故恶化造成重大损失。在DDE多位号报警系统中,VB经过动态数据交换DDE读工控组软件FIX7.0数据,执行VB程序,在Excel中实时监视,斜率对比判断异常,DDE传送数据到工控组软件FIX7.0,在FIX7.0监控画面产生报警指示。 A Gas Limited Company has developed DDE multi-channel signal alarm system,which leads to some improvements over the old system.The new alarm system can find the error in time,so precaution can be taken in advance.Therefore,the equipment can beprotected as well as possible to avoid bigger loss.In the DDE multi-channel signal alarm system,VB reads engineering control system FIX7.0 data through dynamic data exchange,and then VB process is executed.There is real-time control in EXCEL.If the Slope contrast is judged abnormally,DDE will send the data to engineering control system FIX7.0,where alarm will appear on the monitor screen.
