摘 要: 金融危机的背景下,我国OEM企业升级面临巨大的压力。企业升级是一个持续、动态的过程:内外部因素影响企业的升级路径选择,升级路径选择影响企业的升级效果,企业升级效果反作用于影响因素,进而影响后续过程。我国OEM企业只有认清现阶段所处的国内与国际位置,在自身资源与能力许可的范围内采取适合自己的升级路径,并通过企业升级实现企业利润与能力的提升,从而在新的起点为下一次升级做准备,保持企业的持续发展。 In the financial crisis,OEM enterprises upgrading becomes very important. Based on literature review,this paper discusses the factors,paths and effects of OEM enterprises upgrading and their relationship. Then a dynamic analysis framework of OEM enterprises upgrading is brought up and examined by some examples of furniture enterprises. We find that OEM enterprises upgrading is a continuous,dynamic and evolutionary process,with internal and external factors affecting their selection of path,and in turn,their selection of path affects the effects of enterprises' upgrading and their reaction to the internal and external factors,and so on. Finally,some further possible orientation of research is discussed in the later part of the paper.
