摘 要: 对梭式窑内流动及燃烧进行数值模拟。研究发现,燃料喷嘴与空气喷嘴位置对调前NOx的生成量为4406.09×10-6,对调后仅为1555.95×10-6,以此为依据确定了燃料喷嘴与空气喷嘴的相对位置。研究还表明,相同质量流量的常温空气(303K)助燃时,NOx的生成量为465.62×10-6,而预热空气(1212K)助燃时,NOx的生成量为1555.95×10-6。 Numeral simulation of flow and combustion in shuttle kiln was carried out. The simulation results showed that generation concentration of NOx was 4 406.09 ppm and 1 555.95 ppm, before and after exchanging relative position of fuel nozzle and air nozzle, respectively. And the relative position was determined by the results. The results also showed that in the same mass flow condition, the concentration NOx was 465.62 ppm and 1 555.95 ppm, for combustion-supporting air temperature 303 K and 1 212 K, respectively.
