摘 要: 我国工程教育的教学大纲通常只专注于知识体系构建,而学生的自主性、创造性、学习能力和适应能力等培养缺位;课程教学内容与方法相对陈旧,使得学生在现代工程活动中赖以生存和成长的团队精神、交流能力以及多学科、大系统掌控能力几乎得不到发展。结合课程特点和现实条件探索出将能力培养落到实处的适宜教学模式颇具意义。本研究借鉴国际工程教育经验,在"房屋建筑学"课程中创立了基于"能力—素质—知识"架构的课程大纲以及借助团队协作项目设计等形式强化学生各项能力培养的教学模式。 In order to approach the international level of engineering education and meet the capacity-cultivating requirements universally acknowledged by international engineering education community, the syllabus of China's engineering education must be changed. The reason is that the current widely used syllabus only focuses on knowledge construction, while students' autonomy, creativity, learning ability and adaptability, as well as other capacity-cultivating are in great lack; moreover, curriculum content and teaching methods are relatively old, resulting in the inadequate development of students' teamwork spirit, communication skills, muhi-disciplinary and large-scale controlling ability, which they depend on, in modem engineering activities. Therefore, based on the features of courses and feasible condition, it is of considerable significance to explore the proper teaching mode which will implement capac- ity-building into reality. This article describes the experience of international engineering education, forms the syllabus of "Housing Architecture" based on the "Ability-Quality-Knowledge" structure and explores the teaching method in which various development items enhancing students' capacity have been blended in through many methods such as the use of teamwork projects in project designs.
