从烟梗中提取果胶的条件研究

摘  要: 将脱色后的烟梗在酸性条件下加热,以浸出其中的果胶,然后用乙醇溶液将浸出液中的果胶沉淀析出。试验结果表明,果胶的最佳提取条件为:液固比等于14/1(mL/g),提取温度为80℃,提取时间为2h,提取液的pH值为1.0,沉淀析出果胶时,提取液中乙醇的浓度为50%,果胶的最大收率可以达到9.4%左右。 After bleached, the tobacco stem was heated under acidic conditions to extract pectin, and then ethanol was added to leach solution to precipitate the pectin. The results showed the best conditions for pectin extraction could be regarded as follows ,liquid-solid ratio was 14/1 (mL/g), extraction temperature should be taken as 80℃, 2 hours should be taken for extraction process, the pH value of extracting solution was regulated to 1.0,when the pectin was precipitating,concentration of ethanol in extracting solution was controlled to 50%. The extration rate of pectin could reach the maximum yield of about 9.4%.
