PEG6000渗透胁迫对画眉草种子萌发特性的影响

摘  要: 用不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG6000)溶液作为渗透胁迫剂,对两种画眉草种子的萌发特性进行研究。结果表明,两种画眉草的萌发抗旱系数、活力指数、发芽率和发芽势均随PEG浓度的增加呈显著降低。低PEG浓度能促进两种画眉草胚根和胚芽的生长,较高PEG浓度显著抑制其胚根和胚芽生长;PEG浓度对胚芽生长的抑制效应比胚根大。各指标中,两种画眉草之间的各值差异不大,本地画眉草仅略高于爱草,爱草的抗性略低于本地画眉草。从试验可得,爱草作为一种引进品种,能适应本地的环境条件,并将成功运用在园林景观中。 Seed germination of two species of Eragrostis under different concentrations of polyethylene glycol(PEG) solution was conducted in this study. The results indicated that the germination drought resistance index(GDRI), vigor index, germination rate and germination energy of the two Eragrostis species decreased significantly with increased PEG concentration. The lower PEG concentration can promote the radicle and plumule growth of the two species, the higher PEG concentration inhibited significantly them; PEG concentration treatments had a larger inhibiting effect on plumule growth than that on radicle. In all of the indicate of germination characteristics, there is little difference between two kinds of Eragrostis, the Eragrostis is only slightly higher than the love grass, so drought resistance of love grass is slightly lower than the local species. From this experiment, love grass is an introduced species that can applicated into local environmental conditions, and successfully used in garden landscapes.
