摘　　要： 进入20世纪90年代以来,长江沿岸区域经济带开发一直处于战略升级状态,目前已经把造就长江沿岸区域经济带的历史任务提到日程.因此,必须进一步完善浦东新区开发这一点睛之笔,进一步落实三峡工程建设这一重大举措,进一步推动区域中心构筑这一基本模式,进一步走正市场经济机制运作这一主要途径,以求在与时俱进中承担起时代赋予的重大使命.为了更好地解决面临的各种问题,还要正确地实施造就长江沿岸区域经济带的战略对策:选择环保型发展战略,建设生态化经济区域;选择开放型管理体制,创立半官方协调机构;选择一体化发展方向,促成多领域合作体系;选择城市联动发展模式,开拓国际化发展前景. Since 1990＇s in the 20th century, the Regional Economic Belt along the Yangtze River has been in the state of strategic development. So far, the historic task of establishing the Regional Economic Belt along the Yangtze River has been put on agenda. In order to take the vital mission of the age in keeping abreast of the times, therefore, all of the following measures must be taken： further putting into effect the Pudong New Zone＇s development which is the key measure, further putting the Three Gorges Project Construction into practice, furthering the basic mode of regional center construction, further ap- proaching the main means of operations of the market economy mechanism. For the better solution to problems of all sorts, the strategic solution to forging the Regional Economic Belt along the Yangtze River must be rightly put into practice： choosing environment protective type developing strategies to construct eco- logicalized economic regions; selecting open type managerial system to establish semi-official coordinative institutions; choosing unified co operational sys- tem; choosing the mode of inter-associated city development to pioneer the prospect of the internationalized development.
