摘 要: 分别采用常规回流提取法、索氏提取法、微波辅助萃取法及闪式提取法对中药菟丝子进行提取;以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定提取物中总黄酮的含量;以总黄酮的含量为考察指标,优选出最佳提取方法。结果表明,4种提取方法中,索氏提取法总黄酮含量最高,微波辅助萃取法和常规回流提取法总黄酮含量较高,闪式提取法总黄酮含量最低;综合考虑,认为微波辅助萃取法具有高效、省时等优点,提取效果较好。 Total flavonoids were extracted from Cuscuta chinensis by the methods of conventional refluxing, Soxhelet, microwave aided, and flash extraction. Optimal extraction conditions were investigated by using the content of flavonoids as index. Among the four methods, the content of total flavonoids in the extracts from Soxhelet extraction was the highest, followed by microwave aided extraction, and conventional refluxing extraction, and flash extraction. Considering the extracting time, the microwave aided extraction was recommended.
