摘 要: 该文在分析造纸厂纸浆蒸煮过程数学模型的基础上,采用模糊PID调节算法结合专家判断组成专家-模糊智能控制器控制蒸球压力,设计了一套自动控制系统。该控制器运用模糊推理实现PID参数的最佳调整,具有自适应的能力;引入专家判断可以减小在压力设定值附近的震荡,减少进入稳定状态的时间,提高效率。生产实践表明,该方法能大大提高跟踪精度。 An autocontrol system is proposed which applies parameters self-tuning fuzzy-PID control algorithm combined with expert decision for controlling the pressure of spherical digester, based on the analysis of the mathematical model of spherical digester cooking process. Fuzzy turning PID controller changes the three parameters of PID controller by the error and error's varieties of systems, so it can adapt some parameters' varieties for system. Expert decision can decrease the overshoot and enhance the capacity of anti-dynamic disturbance. The cooking curve tracing accuracy is greatly improved with the application of the algorithm.
