摘　　要： 网络生活是人类不可逆转的生存境遇，同时网络的巨大利益和危机，也将人类推到两难选择的尴尬境地。网络危机的本质就是网络文化的危机，网络文化合理性的不足或缺失是网络危机的深刻社会根源。网络文化是网络生活的依托，网络生活必须依赖文化获得意义，重建网络文化是走出网络困境的路径。 Network life is human＇s irreversible circumstances. At the same time, network＇s huge interests and crisis keep human be on a dilemma. Network＇s crisis is essence of network culture crisis. Lack of network culture rationality is deep social root about network crisis. Network culture is our network life to depend on. Network life must gain meaning by network culture. Reconstruction of network culture is road that out of network dilemmas.
