摘 要: 为了适应日趋激烈的市场竞争,高等学校应更加注重具备较强的创新能力、实践能力、应用能力的创新型人才培养,而加强实践性教学,则是培养创新型人才的重要环节。以河北省两所重点高校为例,财经类专业学生的实践教学明显不足,存在着实践教学环节单一、课时安排少、经费不足、缺乏规范化管理等方面的问题。基于此,本文初步构建了以创新能力培养为目标的财经类专业学生立体化实践教学体系框架,以期对加强财经类专业实践教学、提高财经类专业创新能力有所帮助。 colleges students should have strong innovation capacity, practical ability and appli- cation ability in order to adpted to seveve competition. Strengthening empirical teaching is necessary for university students to increase the capacity of obtaining employment. This paper indicates the status of empirical teaching to improve innovation ability of finance and economics class, taking empirical teaching of two key university finance and economic specialty of Hebei Province as an example, and makes an analysis on the main problems of practical teaching and is meant to construct an empirical teaching system.
