摘 要: 针对车削刀具内温度分布有限元模拟中切屑与刀具接触面边界条件难以确定的难题,提出了车削刀具内温度分布模拟的耦合方法.该方法将Deform-3D软件对切削过程进行整体模拟的结果作为刀具数值模拟的边界条件,在有限元软件Ansys中对刀具进行温度场的数值模拟.将Deform-3D与Ansys相互耦合的算法,可以实现两个软件间的优势互补.结果表明,该方法可以对车削刀具内的温度分布进行更为合理地模拟,计算时间仅为Deform-3D对刀具进行模拟时间的1/20. In order to solve the problem of determining the boundary condition for the finite element analysis in cutting tools, a coupled algorithm to simulate the temperature distribution in cutting tools was proposed. The method took the temperature distribution simulated from the Deform-3D as the boundary condition. Therefore, the two software of Deform-3 D and Ansys were coupled. Results show that the coupled method can simulate the temperature distribution in cutting tools more successfully. Moreover, the consumed time in the coupled method is about twentieth of the Deform-3D.
