摘 要: 研究了用熔盐离子交换法合成抗菌沸石,考察了各种反应条件,如温度、时间、锌盐用量、沸石粒度对锌离子交换量的影响.结果表明:当反应时间为3h,反应温度为500℃,沸石与氯化锌投料质量比为2∶1时,可获得最大的锌离子交换量. Formation of antibacterial zeolites by fused_salt ionic reaction and effect of reacting conditions on ionexchange capacity such as temperature, time, dosage of zinc_ion, size of reactants are stated in this paper. The results show that these products contain more stable zinc_ions, and zeolites and zinc chloride react optimumly at 500 ℃ for 3 h when their mass ratio was 2∶1. The study provides useful data for the production.
