摘　　要： 主要研究春季(3月—5月)不同地区肉鸡浓缩饲料中霉菌的污染状况,分别对哈尔滨市、天津市和广东省某仓库的肉鸡浓缩饲料样品进行采样调查,分析霉菌污染状况。结果表明,广东省的饲料样品中的霉菌污染最严重,天津市的次之,哈尔滨市的较轻;各地区产毒菌种类相似,主要是串珠镰刀菌、纯绿青霉,黄曲霉、赭曲霉、杂色曲霉、构巢曲霉,但所占比例不同;哈尔滨以串珠镰刀菌为主,天津市的饲料3月以串珠镰刀菌为主,4月、5月以纯绿青霉为主;广东地区以纯绿青霉为主。饲料中的黄曲霉毒素B1均未超过国家允许限量。数据表明,霉菌污染情况与地区、温度、湿度等密切相关。 The contamination circumstances of broiler concentrated feed in the stage of spring season （March, April, and May） from different regions were studied. The samples stored in granary in Guangdong, Tianjin and Harbin were chose to survey. The results showed that the samples in Guangdong were the most polluted by moulds. The types of moulds were similar to the three regions, and the proportion of species of moulds were different. The mainly moulds were F. monilfforme, Aspergillus, and Penicillium, in Harbin, Tianjin and Guangdong, respectively. The data showed that the contaminations of mould were closely related with the storage conditions such as regions, temperature, and relative humidity.
