摘 要: 建立了自动化立体仓库网络系统的一般模型,针对堆垛机移动通信的特殊性给出了目前可以采用的红外线、滑触线和SCALANCE W无线网3种通信方案。分析了红外线和滑触线方案的特点和缺陷。结合SCALANCE W的优势重点介绍了其在立体仓库网络中的解决方案。该方案集成简单、系统扩展性好、可靠性高、稳定性强,在立体仓库等工业通信领域中具有很好的应用前景。 In this essay, a general network system model is established for an AS/RS, and three communications solutions, based on infrared, contact wire and SCALANCE W technology respectively, are presented as possible approaches in light of the uniqueness of mobile communications with the stackers. The essay analyzes the characteristics and shortcom- ings of both the infrared and trolley line solutions. Then, by discussing the advantages in adopting a SCALANCE W solution, it lays special emphasis on introducing the application of such solutions in threedimensional warehouse's networks. Thanks to its many advantages, like ease of integration, excellent system expandability, high reliability and outstanding stability, this type of solution enjoys a bright prospect of application in the industrial communications field like three-dimensional warehouses.
