摘　　要： 公共领域与私人领域的健康分化是现代国家合理界分权利义务,保障政治清明的重要前提。中国现代转型的急遂仓促和特定路径,使公共领域陷入了私密化态势,使以刚性制度约束保障政治清廉的治理模式受到挑战,为腐败的滋生提供了条件。 The suitable differentiation between public domain and private domain is the guarantee of ensuring political clear and bright ,as well as the obligation of rational delineating the right in modern stales. The haste and particular path of Chinese modern transformation has made the public domain privacy and model which the political free from corruption should depend on strict system challenged, as well as open the way to corruption.
