摘　　要： 对高水平运动队学生的教育、训练和管理,要坚持遵循教育规律和运动训练规律,因势利导采用适合学生运动员身心成长特点的方式和方法。加强师资队伍建设,构建系统教育管理机制,增强思想教育的针对性、科学性和实效性,才能激励他们在努力提高专业技术水平的同时,注重加强文化基础知识的学习,才能促进学生综合素质的健康发展。 For the supervision of the university athletes of advanced level, we should abide by the rules of education and training; adopt the methods suitable for them to grow both physically and mentally. Only by raising the standards of the teachers and trainers, constructing a systematic mechanism of education and training, conducting the moral education scientifically and effectively, can we promote the development of all -round qualities of the students.
