摘　　要： 针对传统微生物学实验教学中存在的问题,提出以学生为本,选编实验教材,成立实验准备小组,培训学生教同学,挑选学生参与教师科研工作的教学改革模式。 Faced with various problems brought by traditional microbiological experiment instruction, teaching reform was made. This reform included compiling teaching material, grouping students to make preparation for experiments, training students to teach classmates to do experiment. Also some excellent students were selected to join teacher＇s research group and to fundamental research work.
