摘　　要： 介绍了苏州市住宅的生态环境性能,包括苏州水乡原生态住宅和新生态住宅,通过对生态住宅小区实地考察和问卷调查,分析了苏州生态住宅存在的问题,从而寻求实现苏州生态住宅可持续发展的途径。 The paper introduces the characteristic of the ecological environment of the residence in Suzhou city, including the original ecological residence and the new ecological residence in the water city, Suzhou. Through the field study and the questionnaise in the ecological residential quarters, the paper analyses the existing problems, thus to seek a way to realize the sustainable development of ceological residence in Suzhou city.
