摘 要: 面对经济转型和全球化的影响,提升国际竞争力和参与中国乃至世界市场与行业的整合,已经成为中国企业突破市场、资源和环境约束,实现可持续发展的必然选择。在提升国际竞争力的过程中,中国企业必须克服制度因素、企业因素和互动因素三个方面的限制;必须在中国政府进一步的改革和中国企业战略行为调整的基础上,充分发挥国家特定优势和企业特定优势来培育中国企业的国际竞争力;必须充分将资源高度集中于主业,通过横向和纵向整合做强主业,提升在主业上与国外跨国企业动态互动的能力。 hnproving the international competitiveness and integrating market and industry is important to break through limit market, resource and environment during globalization anti economic transition in China In order to improve international competitiveness, enterprises should conquer limitation of institutional factor, enterprises factor and competitive dynamics factor, should improve international competitiveness through country specific advantage and enterprises specific advantage based on strategic choice, should improve international competitiveness and competitive dynamics through horizontal and vertical integration strategy.
