摘　　要： 回顾近30年来,谈论图书馆家属馆员的文章数量、主题分布及代表性观点、发表刊物的分布。归纳起来,这种口诛笔伐现象的4种原因为:一是劣币驱逐良币;二是女权运动的倒退;三是领导决定一切;四是专业化得不到认可。认为图书馆界今后要对家属馆员问题采取一致的措施、立场。 Looking back these articles about the family member in library over the past 30 years, analyze the amount of articles, the distribution of the theme, representation point of view, publications distribution. And summarized the phenomenon of speech and writing bases on four reasons： 1. Bad money drives out good money. 2. Fall back of feminist movement. 3. Leadership is everything. 4. Specialization is not recognized. Believe that the library community should take the same of measures and stand on the staff of family member in the future.
