摘 要: 如何叙述史实才能如其所是的那样展示它,这一直是史学界、哲学界关注的问题。史实的"自在性"与"属人性"像一把手术刀,将中西史学界划分成两大学派。西方史学界有所谓"客观的"与"主观的"史学派,我们亦有"直书"与"曲笔"之分。回顾中西史学家对该问题针锋相对的论述,回顾史学史本身的发展历程,人们可以认识到历史的意义并非一成不变。人类未必能找到一种完全"客观的"叙述史实的方法或体裁,但在这样的思索及争论过程中无疑能提高人类的思维水平。 The area of the history research, in both the east and the west, falls into two large schools: subjecfive and objective studies. Based on reviewing the history course, the author maintains that development is a historical essence, and history meaning is also a concept for developmental construction. Although objectivity remains largely a goal in historical studies, people's thinking gets developed in their argument over the objectivity and subjectivity of history.
