石菖蒲根茎提取β-细辛醚和菖蒲烯酮对赤拟谷盗成虫的生物活性

摘  要: 研究了石菖蒲根茎提取β-细辛醚和菖蒲烯酮对赤拟谷盗成虫的触杀、熏蒸、驱避作用和毒杀效果。β-细辛醚用药膜触杀处理72h时对试虫的LC50值为98.56μg/cm2,药纸熏蒸法以100μL/L处理120h时的校正死亡率可达100%,滤纸药膜选择法以9.83μg/cm2处理72h时的驱避率可达Ⅴ级水平;菖蒲烯酮对赤拟谷盗成虫触杀处理72h时的LC50值为95.64、39.30μg/cm2处理72h时的驱避率可达Ⅴ级水平。β-细辛醚和菖蒲烯酮对赤拟谷盗成虫均具有很好的驱避效应。 The contact, fumigant, repellence effects and poisonous action of β-asarone and calamusenone from Acorus gramineus rhizome against Tribolium castaneum Herbst adult were determined. The LC50 of β-asarone against T. castaneum adult for contact activity was 98.56 μg/cm2 at 72 h. The corrected mortalities of β-asarone against tested pest for fumigant with 100 μL/L at 120 h was up to 100%, and the repellence for 9.83 μg/cm^2 at 72 h was grade level Ⅴ. As for calamusenone to T. castaneum adult, the LC50 at 72 h was 95.64 μg/cm^2 for contact activity, and the repellence at 39.30 μg/cm^2 for 72 h was grade level Ⅴ as well. Both of β-asarone and calamusenone had good repellence effect against T. castaneum adult.
