摘 要: 办公室在高校院(系)中处于非常重要的地位,起到一种"枢纽"的作用,其工作主要表现在人际间的互动。沟通是办公室管理工作有效开展的前提,办公室人员在管理中要使用恰当的方式进行沟通,把握好沟通的原则,提高办公室管理工作的效益,促进院(系)各项工作的良好发展。 Offices are very important in any college and department of any university.It plays a part in hinge by interactions among persons.Thus,communication is a precondition of the effective way of carring out the office management.Office personels should use an appropriate mode of communicating in management.They should also hold the principle of communication,improve the benefits of office management and promote the development of all kinds of affairs in college and department.
