摘 要: 传统的防船撞钢套箱中,外板由外围板和纵横加劲肋、强肋(T形钢)和弱肋(角钢)组成;对传统的防撞钢套箱的外板部分进行改进,将横向强加劲肋由T形钢改为圆钢管,纵向加劲肋仍然用T形钢。为了验证新型钢套箱的性能,用有限元软件Ls-dyna进行仿真模拟,将传统钢套箱和新型的钢套箱进行分析比较,得出新型防撞钢套箱性能比传统防撞钢套箱好。还针对防12000 DWT的船舶的撞击对新型的外板进行优化设计。 The outer plate of the traditional anti-ship collision steel cofferdam composed by peripheral board and horizontal and vertical stiffener,strong stiffener(T-shaped steel) and weak stiffener(angel steel).Some improvements has been made with traditional anti-ship collision steel cofferdam,the T-shape steel is replaced by steel pipe as the horizontal strong stiffener.To verify the performance of the new anti-ship collision steel cofferdam,stimulate the ship collision with finite element software-Ls-dyna,and the results prove that the performance of the new anti-ship collision steel cofferdam is better than the traditional.In addition,some optimization design is done for the new anti-ship collision steel box.
