摘 要: 以正硅酸乙酯和氧氯化锆为原料,结合高压静电纺丝技术和溶胶-凝胶技术制备了二氧化锆/二氧化硅复合纳米纤维,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热失重分析仪(TGA)、红外光谱仪(IR)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等对复合纤维的形貌和结构进行了表征.结果表明:复合纤维形貌较好,直径分布均匀,平均直径为250 nm左右;复合纤维呈无定形结构;复合纤维中Zr原子与S i原子之间形成了S i—O—Zr键. Using ethyl orthosilicate and zirconium oxychloride as raw materials, zirconia/silica complex nanofibers were fabricated by combining electrospinning method and sol-gel technique. The morphology and structure of the fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , thermogravimetic analysis (TGA), energy dispersive X-ray apparatus (EDX) , infrared spectroscopy (IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results indi- cated the complex nanofibers were uniform and had an average diameter about 250 nm. These fibers were amorphous and there were Zr-O-Si bonds between Zr and Si atoms in the fibers.
