红外二阶导数谱法快速鉴别前胡及伪品防风

摘  要: 采用一维红外光谱(FTIR)并结合二阶导数谱技术,对前胡及其伪品防风进行了快速无损的鉴别研究.前胡和防风在一维谱图上差别不显著,而在高分辨率的二阶导数谱中,两者具有明显的差异.基于这些差异,不仅可以快速鉴别前胡及其伪品防风,还可以推出两者本身所含的有机酯类化合物、芳香类化合物和糖苷类化合物存在一定的差异.因此,一维红外光谱和二阶导数谱相结合可快速有效地分析和鉴别前胡及其伪品防风.该法快速、准确、重现性好,为中药材的快速鉴别提供了一种新的方法和手段。 Pencedani praeruptorum Dunn and its counterfeit Saposhnikoviae divaricata (Turcz) Schisehk were identified fast and nondestructively by conventional Fourier transform spectroscopy (FTIR) combined with second derivative spectroscopy in this paper. The result showed that Pencedani praeruptorum and Saposhnikoviae divaricata were similar to each other in conventional IR spectra but quite different in second derivative IR spectra. Based on the dissimilarity , it can not only identify Pencedani praeruptorum and its counterfeit Saposhnikoviae divaricata rapidly, but also gain the informations of the differences of organic ester compounds, aromatic compounds and glucoside between Pencedani praeruptorum and its counterfeit Saposhnikoviae divaricata. In a conlusion, conventional IR spectroscopy combined with second IR derivative spectroscopy provides a powerful method for the identification of Pencedani praeruptorum and its counterfeit Saposhnikoviae divaricata. The rapidity, accuracy and good reproducibility of second IR derivative spectroscopy make it a powerful and new approach to evaluating the medicinal herbs.
