摘　　要： 随着高校大学生招生规模的不断扩大,每年进入社会的高校毕业生人数急剧增长,网络招聘成为大学生就业的一种快捷渠道。文章首先介绍了ASP技术和ADO数据库访问技术,设计了基于ASP技术的毕业生就业招聘网站的体系结构,分析了网站的主要功能并进行了实现。基于ASP技术的毕业生就业招聘网站为毕业生和用人单位之间架起一条跨越时空的信息高速公路,减少了用人单位的招聘和毕业生的应聘之间不必要的限制,促进了双方更广泛的交流,提高了双向选择的效率和成功率。 With the enrollment of college graduates continues to expand, the annual number of graduates into the community grows rapidly, and the network recruitment has been a quick channel for employment of college graduates. The paper firstly introduces the ASP technology and ADO database access technology, proposes the architecture of the graduates recruitment website based on ASP technology, analyses the main functions of the site and to achieve.
