摘　　要： 详细分析了针织物组织中集圈的线圈形态结构特点。阐述了利用集圈的结构特点与其他编织方式组合所能生产的具有孔眼、网眼加丝盖棉、波浪式横条、突点、起皱和浮雕效果织物的编织工艺,包括上机编织时的织针、三角的排列方式以及穿纱方式。为企业面料开发工作提供了一定的理论参考依据。 This paper analyzes in detail the configuration and structural characteristics of tuck loop,and introduces its application combined with other knitting modes in producing eyelet,mesh with silk face and cotton back,wavy horizontal stripe,wrinkles and sculptured pattern.Furthermore,this paper presents the arrangement of needles and cams and the threading mode as well.The analysis of this paper provides a good reference for production .
