摘 要: 以凹凸棒石黏土为原料,在微波辐射下,采用两步法合成了纯4A沸石。考察了浸取液碱浓度、晶化时间、n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)对沸石产品的结晶度、纯度、粒径和钙离子交换能力的影响。研究结果表明,碱浓度的增加使4A沸石的结晶度、纯度和钙离子交换能力增加,粒径减少;而4A沸石的结晶度和粒径随晶化时间和n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)的增加而增加。当NaOH浓度为5mol/L、微波浸出30min和晶化20min、n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)为1.51时,所得4A沸石的结晶度和纯度最好,其钙离子交换能力为336mgCaCO3/g。 Pure-form 4A zeolite was successfully synthesized from attapulgite clay using two-stage method under microwave irradiation. The effects of the concentraction of the initial sodium hydroxide solution, crystallization time and the mole ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 of the synthesized solution on the crystallinity, purity, particle diameter, and calcium ions exchange capacity of the synthesized 4A zeolite were investigated. The results showed that the crystallinity, purity and calcium ions exchange capacity of zeolite A were increased when the concentraction of sodium hydroxide was increased, however, the particle diameter of 4A zeolite was reduced. The crystallinity and particle diameter of 4A zeolite were increased with the crystallization time and the mole ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 of the synthesized solution. The good crystallinity and purity 4A zeolite was obtained under the condition of the mole ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 at 1.51, 5 mol/L NaOH solution, the leaching and crystallization time for 30 min and 20 min under microwave irradiation, respectively. And the calcium ions exchange capacity of the synthesized zeolite A could reach 336mg CaCO3/g.
