摘　　要： 琥珀酸广泛用于食品、医药与化工领域,现对琥珀酸的生产菌株改良,代谢调控与条件优化,以及发酵生产中存在的问题,及今后发展方向等作一综述。 Succinic acid is widely used in the fields of food, medical and chemical products. This paper mainly introduces the succinic acid-producing strain improvement, metabolic control and optimization, some questions in fermentation and development prospect.
