摘 要: 传统的远程高等教育"要素说"难以阐清远程高等教育系统的实质性增长问题。远程高等教育的实质性增长(Growth)过程是一个动态开放的系统变化过程,它等于远程高等教育系统要素(Element)及其相互关系(Relationship)的函数。远程高等教育实质性增长的系统要素,可以从远程教育团队、课程知识资源、教学媒介、学生支持服务和教学交互等5方面进行解读。 The traditional Element Theory can hardly elaborates the substantive growth problem of distance higher education system,whose substantive growth process is an open and dynamic process of systematic change,equal to a function of distance higher education elements and their relationship. The system elements of distance higher education can be interpreted in five aspects:the team,course knowledge resources,teaching media,learners' supportive service and instructional interaction.
