摘　　要： 研究了基于突发事件的企业物流配送决策。先探讨了突发事件情况下,企业负责配送应急物资的三个特征:应急物资的需求多变性;运输车辆不足;承运企业在规定时间完成应急任务的前提下,以赢利为目标。基于这三个特征,提出了动态配送计划,并详细讨论了动态配送路径计划模式。在满足时间要求的前提下,这个配送路径计划是以成本最低为目标的。然后,通过求解一个算例论证了该模式。 The paper studies the decision-making for enterprise distribution in state of emergency. It firstly introduces the three proper- ties of emergency-relief material distribution carried by enterprises, namely the variability of demand, the insufficiency of transport vehicles and the pursuance of profit on the basis of the timely delivery of emergency materials and proposes a dynamic distribution plan based on the properties and details its planning mode. Finally the solution of a numerical example verifies the effectiveness of the mode.
