超高效液相色谱法检测饲料中四种硝基呋喃类药物

摘  要: 对饲料中硝基呋喃类药物呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃妥因和呋喃西林的超高效液相色谱检测方法进行了研究。采用0.1%甲酸水-乙腈超声提取样品中的待测物,经MCX固相萃取小柱净化后用超高效液相色谱法测定,检测波长为365nm。呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃西林、呋喃妥因在0.1~25mg/L均与对应峰面积呈良好线性关系。对饲料进行硝基呋喃类药物的添加回收实验,添加质量浓度为0.25mg/kg、5mg/kg和100mg/kg时,回收率在79.6%~85.5%之间,变异系数在3.9%~5.2%,方法检出限为0.25mg/kg。结果表明,该法操作简便、灵敏、准确,适用于饲料中硝基呋喃类药物含量的测定。 A method for the determination of Furaltadone,Nitrofural,Nifurazolidone and Nitrofurantoin in feed is established, Feed samples are extracted with 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile and cleaned up by an MCX cartridge, then filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane for injected in utral performance liquid chromatography. The response for Furaltadone,Nitrofural,Nifurazolidone and Nitrofurantoin is linear in the range of 0.1 - 25 mg/L, giving an acceptable linearity. The added standards are 0.25 mg/kg, 5 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg. The recoveries are from 79.6% to 85.5%, the coefficients of variation are from 3.9% to 5.2%. The detection limit of this method is 0.25 mg/kg. The results show that the method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which could be used for the determination of Furazolidone Furaltadone, Nitrofural, Nifurazolidone and Nitrofurantoin in kinds of feeds.
