摘　　要： 农发行业务范围不断扩展,风险日益突出,如何在向商业化转轨过程中有效地控制风险、防范风险是农发行目前面临的重要问题,本文从农发行的业务发展现状、面临的风险成因入手,最终提出应对风险的措施。 As the business of Agricultural Development Bank is increasingly expanding, risk control becomes more and more important. How to effectively control the risk is currently the important thing that the Agricultural Development Bank is facing of. This article involves of the Agricultural Development Bank＇s business development status and the causes of the risks and so on. At last the article points out the measures of dealing with risks.
