摘 要: 社会转型期,信仰多元化与价值取向多样性等对青年教师的信仰产生了很大影响,导致部分青年教师的信仰出现危机。高校青年教师是高校教师中重要组成部分,是高校师资的后备力量,他们不仅是人类文明的传承者,更是大学生健康成长的指导者。因此,高校青年教师树立科学的信仰,不仅关系着他们自身的健康成长和全面发展,而且关系着整个国家的可持续发展。 During social transformation period, multiple faiths and diversified value orientations have much influence over young teachers' faith. Young university teachers are an important part as well as a reserved force of the teaching team in higher learning institutions. They are not only the successor of human being's civilization but also the guider for undergraduates' healthy growth. Therefore, young teachers in higher learning institutions should uphold a scientific faith, which is related both to their own healthy growth & entire development and to the sustainable development of our country.
