摘　　要： 对于城市隧道而言,若能针对长期运营可能出现的结构问题,建立相应的监测手段以及养护系统,对各种病害进行监控、调查、分析,便可以及时采取有效的措施以延长其使用寿命。动态监测系统有它稳定、高效、准确的特点,因此以其作为根本,在其上搭载结构健康诊断系统,形成后期运营养护的一体化平台,用以保证隧道结构安全稳定的运营。本文以上海世博电力隧道为工程实例,分析了城市软土隧道的监测系统的设计原理,阐述了自动化监测系统的运营流程,并且介绍了以及基于此系统的软土隧道的养护一体化平台。 As to prolong the service lives of the urban tunnels and ensure the security and stability of the structure, it is significant that we take all probable structural problems into account and establish an automatic monitoring system for long - term maintenance operation. Based on the data collected by the system, further study （ investigation, analysis ） could be made and valid measures could be taken. The automatic monitoring system has properties of stability, effect and accuracy, thus could be the data base of a platform for multi-maintenanees. Detailed analysis of the cable tunnel for the Shanghai World Expo 2010 is given as an example in the paper. In this example the procedure of the operations for monitoring is provided, as well as the principle of design theory for maintenance monitoring.
