摘 要: 为了研究超临界CO2萃取核桃油的工艺条件,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合实验和响应面分析法,得到超临界CO2萃取核桃油的最优条件为萃取压力:32MPa,萃取温度43℃,时间4.5h,在此条件下萃取率为90.87%。超临界CO2萃取核桃油与常规法相比,具有油品质量好,提取时间短,温度低等优点。 This experiment studied the application of supercritical CO2 fluid to walnut oil extraction. The optimum conditions were determined through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and Response Surface Methodology. The optimum process parameters were obtained as: extracting pressure 32 MPa, extracting temperature 43℃, extracting time 4.5h, and the extracting rate is 90. 87% at the optimum conditions. The physical-chemical properties of the oil were also studied and compared with the traditional methods. The results showed that the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction can shorten reaction time, decrease reaction temperature and improve the qualities of walnut oil.
