摘　　要： 全断面隧道掘进机刀具在刀盘上的布置是掘进机设计中的关键技术之一。在研究国内外全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)刀盘上刀具布置方法的基础上,提出了一种在TBM刀盘上程序化的刀具布置方法,并编制出了具有刀盘不平衡力和不平衡力矩数值显示功能的分析模拟软件。从而为TBM刀盘上刀具布置提供了参考。 Cutters arrangement on cutter disk of a full face tunneler is a key technique in TBM design.On the basis of studying cutters arrangement on cutter disk of TBM home and abroad,a programmed cutter arrangement method on a TBM cutter disk is suggested and a analysis simulation software functioning display for unbalanced forces and unbalanced moments of the cutter disk is also programmed,which provides references for cutters arrangement on cutter disk ofa TBM.
