摘 要: 设计了基于TMS320F2812DSP的桥式起重机示教控制系统,给出了硬件电路,分析了示教控制策略,开发了单神经元算法伺服程序和示教控制软件。运行试验表明,该系统能够完成桥式起重机的示教控制任务,为智能化控制提供了1种新思路和可行性方案。 TMS320F2812DSP-based teaching control system is designed for overhead traveling cranes, and its hardware circuit is described. Moreover, the teaching control strategy is analyzed, and a single-neuron algorithm servo program and related teaching control software are developed. As running tests indicate, this system can carry out teaching control tasks concerning an overhead traveling crane, thereby offering intelligent control a new train of thought as well as a feasible solution.
