摘　　要： 通过探寻"中国式管理"来促进企业实践与管理理论的和谐发展是中国管理学者的重要责任。从3个方面论述了形成"中国式管理"的必要条件:中国企业的实践成效;对实践中重大问题的认识;对中国理念和人文精神的体认。 It is Chinese management scholars＇ mission to promote the harmonious development of enterprise practice and management theory by exploring Chinese-style management. This paper ex- pounds three essential conditions for shaping Chinese-style management ： the effective result of Chinese enterprises＇ practice ,the knowledge of major issues in practice and the understanding of Chinese philosophy and humanistic spirit.
