摘　　要： 高校教师文化是高校文化的重要组成部分,是高校教师在教学、科研等活动中形成、发展起来的价值观念和行为方式系统,主要包含工作文化、学术文化、教学文化和管理文化几个方面。欠发达地区高校在构建教师文化,提升学校文化品位和核心竞争力的过程中,要特别注意做好上述几个方面的定位,采取切合实际的措施,并且要十分注重教师伦理道德的塑造,促进和谐氛围和教师合作文化的形成。 The teachers＇ culture in college and university is an important part of culture of the colleges and universities.It is,as the view of value and the system of behavior,formed and developed in teaching, researching and other activities, It mainly contains the work culture, academic culture, teaching culture and the management culture etc. During the process of building the teachers＇ culture of colleges and universities to enhance the school culture and core competitiveness in the underdeveloped regions, the above- mentioned aspects should be paid special attention to the positioning by carrying out practical measures, and focusing on shaping the ethics of teachers for prorooting harmonious euhural atmaosphere and the fomation of teachers＇ cooperation.
