摘 要: 去年发生的汶川地震告诉了我们地震后的交通运输网络的重要性。作为输送救援物资和抢救伤员的生命线,如何能够更高效地发挥作用,最大限度地挽回灾害损失是一个重要的研究课题。为了确定地震后的道路网,提出了一个基于目标优化方法的最大路网覆盖模型(MCNDP模型)来制定路网,使整个路网的周转时间更小,而且能尽可能地覆盖更多的人口。这个模型是架构在路网制定者的主观愿望以及对目标价值的判断的基础上的。通过具体的案例来说明模型中的各个参数,并通过实际的模拟计算来验证该模型的效率。 Last year, an earthquake happened in Wenchuan an important role does transportation network played after an earthquake is presented ject to research. In order to identifying As it was called lifelines, how to make good use of it is an important sub- critical routes for earthquake response, in this paper a goal programming is presented to solve maximal covering network design problem (MCNDP). It can minimized the total travel time on selected routes and maximized the total covered population. This approach is developed base on desirability of decision maker and tolerances which are considered on goal values. To illustrate the behavior of proposed model, a numerical example is provided and solved. Computational results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
