摘　　要： 高速公路与普通道路相比,具有明显的级差效益。道路使用者选择高速公路的原因来自于其时间上的节约、车辆行驶成本的节约及舒适性的提高。随着我国普通等级公路取消收费,高速公路的级差效益显著降低。因此,需要对现有的高速公路收费标准进行合理性评价,探讨现有的收费标准能否在新形势下最大限度的发挥高速公路的经济效益及社会效益。通过分析高速公路收费标准的影响因素,提出了评价收费标准合理性的方法,并通过实例进行测算。 Compare with the general road, expressway have a clear differential benefit, the causes of road users to choose the expressway from its time-saving, cost-saving and comfort. With the abolition of the general level roads charges, the differential benefit of the expressway significantly turn lower. Therefore, it is need to evaluate the rate of the expressway toll rate, To investigate whether the existing toll rate under the new situation could maximum economic benefits and social benefits of expressway. By analyzing the factors which impact the expressway toll rate, a method is proposed to evaluate the reasonableness of expressway toll rate, and given an example to illustrate.
