摘　　要： 为了解广州市监狱基层男性警察的工作倦怠状况,采用随即抽样法对100名监狱基层男性警察进行问卷调查。结果表明:①是否独生、受教育程度、年龄、警龄、婚姻状况等不同的监狱基层男性警察在工作倦怠不同维度存在差异。②独生的监狱基层男性警察的情绪衰竭程度比较高。③年龄大和已婚的监狱基层男性警察工作倦怠整体程度较高。④学历高的监狱基层男性警察表现出更高情绪上的筋疲力尽和对他人的冷漠态度。⑤警龄长的监狱基层男性警察更容易产生情绪衰竭。结论:广州市监狱基层男性警察工作倦怠处于中等水平。年龄大、警龄长、已婚、学历高、独生的监狱基层男性警察应列为预防和干预的重点对象。 In order to understand the basic-level male prison police work burnout status in Guangzhou City, using immediately sampling questionnaire survey to the 100 prison basic-level police. Results ①The differences in whether the single , education, age, police age and marital status, the basic-level male prisons police in different dimensions of work burnout there are differences. ②Only-male basic-level prison is relatively high degree of emotional exhaustion. ③The older and married basic-level male police prison is at a higher levels of work burnout as a whole. ④The higher educational basic-level male prison police showed a higher emotional exhaustion and indifference to others. ⑤The longer prison-age basic-level male prison police has more prone to emotional exhaustion. Conclusion： Guangzhou city basic-level male prison police at a medium level of work burnout. The police who are older, longer police age, married, educated, single, should be classified as the focus of prevention and intervention.
