摘 要: 运用运动生物力学方法分析揭示了我国优秀跳马运动员完成的女子跳马冢原直体后空翻转体720°的运动学规律和技术特点,重点分析了踏跳、推手和第二腾空等关键技术阶段。踏跳阶段要快速有力,蹬离角小于90°;快速撑马,在侧倒立部位推离马,推离角在90°以内;推手后立即转体,转体动力是头、肩带动两臂向胸腹前屈抱,转体速度是完成该动作关键技术之一。 With the method of sports biomechanics, this article studied the kinematic laws and the technical features of stretched somersault with two twists in Chinese elite female vaulting athletes, and mainly analyzed some key skill stages(tread-jump, hand-pushing, second flight, etc. ). The result showed that during tread-jump, athlete should he swift and strong, tread-off angle is less than 90°, during hand-pushing, pushing horse fast and push away from the horse in lateral headstand position, push-off angle is less than 90°, during second flight, swiveling immediately after push-off action, driven by the head and shoulders and the movement of folding arms in the turning direction, twist rate is the key of this action.
